Everyone has been working extremely hard whilst practising our Christmas production, children have really enjoyed learning the songs.

In English we wrote sentences based on a video clip called The Little Boat, children used adjectives to describe the journey and the boat, being challenged to remember fingers spaces, full stops and using their phonics knowledge.

In Maths we are looking at numbers 11 to 20, with children learning about numerals and words, matching them up and ensuring the numbers are in order.  As a class we produced a number line, children were very quick at making this so were challenged to form it backwards.

Well done to the children regularly reading at home, we can see a huge difference in class with writing and recognising tricky words.
