Our Trip to Liverpool

On Tuesday Hawkstone class went on an exciting trip to Liverpool.

We went through the Mersey tunnel to the Museum of Liverpool, Maritime Museum and the Slavery Museum. The children played games from the Sixties – Etch o Sketch, Fuzzy Felts and Spirograph, dressed up in genuine Sixties outfits and explored what school was like during this time.

On the way home we took a tour of the city, going past the two Cathedrals, Liverpool Football Club Stadium (Anfield) and Everton’s football ground (Goodison Park).

The children were very well behaved and had a great day.
