To celebrate coming to the end of our Savage Stone Age we had a bush craft morning. We looked at what we would need to survive in the wild – water, food and shelter, just like the Stone Age people had. We created shelters, filtered water and made a pot stand to boil it on and went hunting for animals. We ended the morning with ‘smores around the campfire singing songs. The children, parents and staff had a great morning – ‘it was the best morning ever’.
