It has been a very positive start to the new year, the children has all come back refreshed and eager to begin their new topic. Every child has brought home a copy of our topic web for the half term and a list of suitable books linked to our topic should you wish to share any of these with your child. We have made model houses this week, the children have enjoyed this activity. They have written a set of instructions for making a model house in their writing lesson.In maths we have been focusing on multiplication and practising our 2, 5 and 10  times tables. The children are looking forward to our visit from a beekeeper as part of our Science work on habitats.
