We have had a very busy first week back. The children are enjoying their Maths work on shape and have been busy practising skills we have covered earlier in the school year. Our writing is based on the text Tuesday by David Weisner, we have been preparing to write news reports. In P.E. We have started a dance unit which the children love. We are continuing our Science work on habitats and have our fingers crossed that the weather improves next week so that we can get outside. Don’t forget that next Thursday is World Book Day and we will be visiting Book Bookshop. I can’t wait to see the class dressed up as their favourite characters.
