Coronavirus – keeping you up to date
In such a rapidly changing environment the safety and welfare of our children and employees remain of paramount importance to us. We will try our best to keep you informed of all the latest developments as they happen. In order for us to achieve this ParentPay will become our fastest and most efficient way to be able to communicate with you.
To enable this to happen we need all ParentPay account holders to login to their account and access the ‘Profile Settings’ section on the left-hand side there is a telephone number tab, please click to add your mobile telephone number. You will then be sent a ‘PIN’ number via text which you need to enter when asked, please also put a tick in the box that says ‘I agree to my child’s school using this number to communicate with me’. This then verifies your telephone number in order for us to send our text messages to keep you updated. If we could ask you all to do this as soon as possible we would be most grateful.
