Today in England it is St George’s Day. St George’s Day is celebrated each year on April 23rd in England. Legend has it that St George was a soldier who defeated a dragon and rescued a princess!

They can’t celebrate in the same way this year, because they are staying safe in their houses like you are. Perhaps they will complete some activities like I am suggesting to celebrate instead?
Can you use your toys to act out the story of St George and the dragon?
Can you make a shield for St George?
Can you make a scary dragon?
Or perhaps you could make a flag? Or even decorate flag cakes?
