We had great fun learning about space last week in Earls Hill. Lots of our work was based around the story ‘Whatever Next’. It’s a story about a small bear who blasts off to the moon! We used props to act out the story. The Swans created a large scale story map.  We used glitter and glue to write sparkly space dust names!

In Maths we made shape rocket snacks, ordered planets according to size and counted stars.

We also built space vehicles from recycling, explored light and dark, dressed up as astronauts, labelled astronauts and made balloon rockets.
