8th January – Stickman Yoga

Today I’d like you to have PE lesson at home! Before you start exercising you need to warm up.

Wiggle your fingers and shake your hands.

Make big circles with your arms.

Point and tap each foot 5 times – count as you go.

Stretch out your arms and legs to make a star shape, twist your tummy and reach to each side 5 times.

Shake your whole body like jelly!
