On Thursday 8th November Year 4’s went to The Marches to take part in a Festival of Light with children from lots of other schools.
The children had workshops in drumming, art, dance, drama and many more.
Pupils from a school from Wolverhampton came to talk to us about what it is like to be a Muslim, this was very interesting and the pupils asked some great questions.
At the end of the day we swapped lanterns that we had made with other schools. We gave our lantern to Nescliffe Primary School and Whittington primary School gave us theirs.
We all had a great day. The children behaved brilliantly and were a credit to the school.
