Haughmond had a fantastic day on Tuesday building their very own shelters. The children worked extremely well in teams of six and showed good communication skills throughout the morning.

They thought about the value of what a shelter can provide, which is linked into our RE work and also The Shelter Project.

During the day the children also looked at how a shelter is destroyed and thought about ways in which they could help.
