Unfortunately, Haughmond’s inspire afternoon (for their marvellous middle) didn’t go fully to plan, due to visitors not being able to access the school at the moment.

However, we still spent the afternoon building our Anderson shelters. The children have had great fun designing and building their shelters. There are some excellent designs and creations.

Thank you to all parents who returned their letters expressing their interest in attending the inspire afternoon. It was a great shame that the children were unable to build their shelters with adults. Hopefully another inspire day can be arranged later on in the academic year.
Another thank you is needed for those adults who donated materials for the children to use in the building of their shelters.
