I would like you to practise the days of the week by joining in with this fun song. Remember when you are writing the days of the week, each day starts with a capital letter. This is because they are ‘proper nouns’ (naming words).

Every day this week, we are going to set some Maths challenges for you to complete at home.

You might like to use some objects to represent the different numbers.

Think carefully about which coins are available: 1p, 2p 5p. It might help to have some coins to help you.
