Friday 3rd April English Home Learning

Don’t forget to join in with the RWI phonics session and check your spellings today! Ask someone you live with to read the spellings in a full sentence for you to write (you could use the dictation sheet). Make sure your letters are formed correctly. New spellings will be posted under the spellings tab later today.

Using the sound words you collected yesterday, I would like you to write your own sound poem. You could use the pattern Roger McGough did in his poem:

The ……………… of the ………………..

There are writing frames attached which may help, you could use them for ideas of copy them into your workbook.
