Dinosaur fossils

This week in Lawley children have been busy making their own dinosaur fossils out of clay ready for an archaeologist dig next week. Children thought very carefully about which dinosaur they wanted to use, discussing the different shapes and patterns.
We have also created a class story based our topic. Children decided on suitable words to include in our story, thinking about adjectives to describe the jungle.

In Maths we have been looking at number bonds up to and including 10. Children have been very practical this week, using a variety of equipment including Numicon, cubes and number cards.

Please remember our Inspire afternoon in Lawley class on Monday 22nd October at 1.30pm. It is not too late to join, please let myself or the school office know on Monday morning.
