Happy New Year and welcome back.  The children have settled back well ready for our spring term. Our topic this term is Once Upon a Time and we have started this off by looking at Goldilocks and the Three Bears.  We discussed the story in groups and wrote down our favourite parts and described the feelings and thoughts of the characters involved.  In Maths we are looking at addition and subtraction up to 20, this has been started this week by securing our knowledge of number bonds to 10.

New spelling lists have been issued ready for our test on Friday, please ensure your child practises these daily along side reading.

Our PE sessions are remaining the same – Wednesday and Friday, please ensure your child has the correct, full kit in school.
