Exploring synonyms and antonyms

Synonyms are words with the same or similar meaning.

cold= chilly, freezing, nippy, icy, frosty.

Antonyms are words with opposite meanings.

cold= hot, boiling, burning, roasting

• Words such as sad, miserable and heartbroken.

• Words such as angry and peaceful.

• Words such as funny and serious.
