Our Christian values this half term are: Love and service and this linked in well with remembrance week. In Long Mynd, we have been learning about Remembrance, the importance of the poppy, how and why we remember the fallen.

Over the week, as a class we have produced a fact file on Harold Whitfield- a local soldier who was awarded the Victoria Cross due to his bravery during the war, water colour poppies inspired by Kandinsky and we held a 2 minute silence.
