The Year 6’s have enjoyed their first day at Standon Bowers.

Upon arrival, they were met by two members of the Standon Bowers team, who showed them to their dorms. Once, they had unpacked their cases and made their beds, they were given a welcome briefing.

After lunch, they enjoyed participating in team building games and orienteering around the grounds.

This evening, after dinner, we all went on a night walk. All children enjoyed walking through the countryside, star gazing and participating in camp fire stories.

Now back in the dining room, the children are enjoying a cup of hot chocolate and a biscuit, before they tuck themselves into bed, before having a good nights sleep; ready for another day full of adventure tomorrow.
