What a busy week in Lawley and across the school. Thank you to everyone who watched our Christmas performance of A Midwife Crisis, the children were fantastic, I am very proud of their hard work and determination. We all enjoyed Christmas lunch on Wednesday, a big thank you to everyone involved in organising this brilliant and delicious lunch. We also had the pantomime visit school, everyone was very excited to watch Jack and the Beanstalk. On Friday we visited the church to watch key stage 2 in their Christmas story. The children watched and listened beautifully and joined in with the whole school songs, also well done to key stage 2. We all also enjoyed looking at everyones Christmas jumpers.
When we have been able to fit in lessons, we have written letters to Sid from Toy Story asking for our toys back as he has captured them, and in maths we have been looking at the multiplication symbol as well as counting in 2s, 5s and 10s.
