Our week in Lawley

It’s been a lovely hot week this week, the children have managed well with the heat.  In English we have been learning about what a recount, as well as sequencing our trip pictures and using different sentence openers.  In Maths we have been looking at coins and notes, trying to learn to recognise the different values and how to add them together.  In Science we have looked at the different parts of a flower and a tree, labelling them.  In a PSHE we discussed how the lifeboat centre helps people, referring back to our trip.

As our fantastic finish to our topic we are hosting a tea party on Monday. Parents and careers of Lawley children are invited, please do let me know if you wish to attend.  The children are all very excited.
