Today we have been sending an SOS message to space. We started off discussing how we could send a message to Space, then learnt about Morse Code. The children then followed my instructions to create a circuit using a battery, wires with crocodile clips, a light bulb and a bulb holder. The children were amazed to see they had created light.
The children learnt SOS as dot, dot, dot, dash, dash, dash, dot, dot, dot, and took it in turns to send the message. Watch our videos below to see how well they all did.
